These terms govern your use of Lamma during its pre-launch preview. By using it, you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. This is not yet final legal text.

The service

Lamma helps you organize gatherings: plan the details, invite people, coordinate who brings what and what is still undecided, and collect replies. A verified account is required to own or keep a gathering. The server is the record; a copy on your device helps you work without a connection, but it is not a separate plan of its own. A feature marked preview or planned is not a promise that it is available for a real gathering today.

Accounts and links

A verified account owns a gathering. An invited guest can take part through the gathering's link without an account, and that session cannot own a plan or keep a lasting profile. A link grants its access to whoever holds it, so treat links like keys: share each one only with its person, and revoke it in the app if it is exposed. You are responsible for what you enter, for the people you invite, and for having the right to share any personal information about others that you add.

Acceptable use

Do not use Lamma to break the law, infringe others' rights, send spam, spread malware, harass anyone, or get around its access controls to reach gatherings you were not given. We may remove content or access that breaks these terms.

Free use and paid features

Everyday gatherings are free, and Lamma shows no ads. Plus is planned as a subscription for an account, and an Occasion Pass as a one-time purchase for one gathering. Paid purchasing is not active in this preview. When it is, the price, and any renewal, cancellation and refund terms, will be shown before you buy, and the server decides what a verified payment unlocks. Nothing here authorizes a charge.

Your content

You keep the rights in what you create. Running a gathering means storing it and showing the chosen parts to the people with access. Shared, non-identifying facts may remain where another owner or participant still has a legitimate shared record, and deleting a link to an outside photo cannot remove the original. The Privacy Policy describes these boundaries.

Other services

Lamma relies on providers such as Supabase and Cloudflare. It can open your phone's contact picker, and hand you to messaging, maps, calendar, photo or payment services you choose to open. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their part. Handing something to another app is not proof that it delivered a message, added a calendar entry or completed a payment.

Availability and changes

The service and its features may change during this preview. An export is not a substitute for the service's own backups. Commitments about availability, warranties, liability, governing law and consumer rights are still under legal review, and this draft does not invent them.

Ending

You can stop using Lamma and delete your account at any time; the Privacy Policy describes what deletion removes. How changes to these terms are announced will be settled before public release.
